ITD organizational structure changes slightly

After careful consideration, I have concluded that several changes to the department’s organizational structure will help us become more efficient and responsive. Changes that will take effect immediately are:

  • All division administrators will report to Deputy Director Scott Stokes. The emphasis for the deputy director will be administration, planning and highways.
  • The GARVEE project team and the Budget, Policy and Intergovernmental Relations office also will report to the deputy director.
  • Four offices will report directly to me: Human Resource Services, the Equal Employment Office, Internal Review and Public Affairs.

I want to thank the people in each of the offices and sections directly affected for their cooperation and for making the changes successful. This realignment will help us better meet the challenges we face as a department and help us continue to serve the citizens of Idaho efficiently and effectively.
